Nana - the photographer behind the studio
The same studio since 2010, the same person behind the camera. If the photographs speak to you, chances are we will get along.
Nana was born in 1986 in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. She studied art and fashion design, and later pedagogy at university.
The two paths complement each other: one gave her an artist's eye, the other the patience and the approach to children. That is what led her to newborn and children photography, where both are equally needed.
She has been working with photography for over 20 years, and has had her own studio in Sofia since 2010.
She photographs cleanly, to capture the emotion rather than the decor — so that the people stand out, not the setting. The aim is for art to remain, not just pictures; a memory that tells a story, rather than one more everyday frame.
